Hello, I’m Georgie, and I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate through life’s challenges, especially when it comes to anxiety, depression, and feelings of being overwhelmed.

As a registered counsellor, I specialise in guiding people who struggle with self-esteem, social anxiety, relationship issues, and those who feel disconnected from their sense of joy or purpose.

Whether you’re finding it hard to manage everyday stress, facing a loss of motivation or spark in your life, or just want someone to speak to, I’m here to support you.

My approach combines evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, with a deep understanding of the emotional and relational complexities you may be facing.

I tailor our work together to your unique needs and personality helping you build resilience, self-awareness, and a renewed sense of vitality.

I am a registered counsellor and have completed my diploma in counselling at AIPC.
